DEVELOPMENT ANALYST II
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively participate in the planning of the development project of solutions and/or customizations, based on the technical specification and defined scope, flowcharts, modeling diagrams, and relevant documentation and technical specifications according to the needs identified;
- Develop the solutions and/or customizations, based on what is specified in the project and defined scope, using existing programming languages and tools, and relevant documentation, meeting deadlines and technical specifications according to the needs identified.
- Actively participate and contribute in project follow-up meetings, by recording stages and decisions (meeting minutes), disseminating work status, and assisting in resolving potential problems faced by the project team in which they are involved.
- Propose and collaborate in decision-making for the project's technical specification and data modeling (scope of the system or application project), contributing to the definition of architectural standards and the construction of application diagrams, selecting structural elements and their interfaces, mapping connections, internal and external systems, applied technology, with which it will be composed, ensuring understanding by the team and the client, and integration with other solutions.
- Perform unit and/or acceptance tests on developed systems, evaluating compliance and adherence to requirements and technical specifications, identifying any deviations, preparing a technical report, and forwarding it to the responsible party for due analysis;
- Address identified deviations and improvements according to the action plan developed and determined by the technical team.
- Forward the documentation of the developed solution to the Quality and Testing area regarding user requirements and technical specifications, providing support during testing when necessary, in order to contribute to the acceptance of solutions and user support;
- Monitor the implementation process of developed solutions, intervening in case of production problems, to ensure the correct acceptance of solutions in production;
- Provide support for existing and installed applications, analyzing problems and performing necessary activities for correction, aiming for the rapid re-establishment of the solution.
- Seek constant updating regarding technical innovations in their area of expertise concerning new technologies, tools, resources, software architectures, among other aspects, that can support the development of new solutions and/or systems for the company.
- Perform other related tasks, at the discretion of the immediate supervisor.
- Comply with internal corporate policies focused on Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Preservation, evaluating the fulfillment of defined operational quality parameters on a daily basis, intervening in case of deviations with the responsible technical areas (SESMT and QSMS), to ensure the treatment of critical points or risks, aiming to prevent work accidents and environmental operational impacts.
EDUCATION
Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Civil Engineering, and related fields.
