Job Description
- Participate in and execute Information Technology (IT) projects, using knowledge in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Salesforce and corporate systems to support the International Market Logistics (Export) areas.
- Interview internal clients, map processes, and propose solutions for business areas.
- Develop functional and system configuration specifications.
- Create test scenarios, execute functional tests, and monitor validation performed by internal clients.
- Keep process documentation updated in the repositories defined by the company.
- Handle and resolve support tickets related to International Market Logistics (ME) areas.
- Interact with internal areas to support problem resolution, standardization, and improvement of system efficiency.
- Perform service management activities and manage relationships with IT vendors, internal partners, and external partners.
Academic Background
Completed higher education in areas related to Information Technology or Engineering, such as:
- Computer Science
- Systems Analysis and Development
- Computer Engineering
- Or related areas
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module, working with requirements analysis, functional specification, configuration, and testing.
- Basic knowledge of ABAP for evaluating programming logic and executing debugging.
- Knowledge in integrations using SAP Integration Suite.
- Intermediate knowledge in project management, with experience in projects of different sizes and support of solutions after implementation.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Availability for occasional travel.
- Intermediate or advanced English.
Differentiators
- SAP Certification.
- Knowledge of business processes related to logistics, export, and import.
- Knowledge in Salesforce.
