Essential Duties
- Develop, maintain, and manage the integrated project plan, ensuring alignment between scope, timeline, quality, and business objectives.
- Manage schedule, risks, dependencies, impediments, and change control throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Conduct status meetings, agile ceremonies, alignment workshops, and executive steering committees.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including technical, functional, vendor, and business stakeholders.
- Track backlog, sprints, deliverables, project milestones, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure project governance through indicators, formal documentation, and executive communication.
- Manage integrations and dependencies between different systems and vendors involved in the program.
- Translate technical information into executive language, supporting leadership decision-making.
Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience in technology project management in complex corporate environments.
- Experience in ServiceNow platform implementation projects.
- Hands-on knowledge of agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience in managing risks, changes, vendors, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- Active PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills at various organizational levels.
- Results-oriented profile, with a focus on governance, quality, and customer value delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ServiceNow ITOM and/or Event Management projects.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- CSM, PSM I, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist certifications.
- Advanced English for interaction with global teams.
- Experience in managing projects with multiple simultaneous integrations.
- Experience in digital transformation programs and large corporate environments.
