The Opportunity
We are looking for an Architecture Manager to define and evolve scalable, sustainable technology solutions aligned with business needs. This professional will be responsible for leading architecture initiatives, supporting strategic project management, and serving as a technical reference for multidisciplinary teams.
We seek someone with solid experience in solutions architecture, a strong technical background, and the ability to bridge business, delivery, and technology areas, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to best architectural practices.
What you'll do day-to-day
- Define solution and platform architectures aligned with business needs and corporate standards.
- Lead technical aspects of projects, supporting planning, estimations, risks, and governance.
- Lead architectural discussions and support decision-making related to technologies, integrations, and solution design.
- Ensure quality attributes such as scalability, availability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, data, and business teams throughout the initiative lifecycle.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for evolving corporate platforms and environments.
- Support project management, tracking timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
- Act as a technical mentor for teams, disseminating best practices in architecture and software engineering.
Minimum requirements
What we're looking for in the person joining the team
- Solid experience in Software Architecture, Solutions Architecture, or Platform Architecture.
- Experience in managing and tracking technology projects.
- Strong technical background in software development and corporate solution design.
- Knowledge of distributed architecture, integrations, APIs, and microservices.
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices.
- Experience working with agile methodologies.
- Communication skills with technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
- Advanced or fluent English for conversation.
Additionally, knowledge is desirable
- Certifications in architecture or cloud.
- Experience in digital transformation programs.
- Experience in large corporate environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with global teams and international projects.
- Knowledge of corporate platforms, system integration, and application modernization.
