About the Role and Mission
Work with the Cards team on the development and evolution of microservices in Java, ensuring quality, performance, and integration with other systems.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Define and govern architectural standards across multiple teams and products.
- Lead initiatives related to performance, resilience, and distributed architecture.
- Serve as a recognized technical reference within the organization.
What We Are Looking For
Required
- Solid experience in distributed architecture, performance, and resilience.
- Technical reference with experience working across multiple teams and products.
- Availability to work on-site in Lavras (MG).
Preferred
- Experience with Micronaut or other frameworks beyond Spring.
- Experience with Cloud solutions, preferably in AWS.
- Knowledge of security for web applications and microservices (authentication/authorization). Specifically: Knowledge and experience in secure development of distributed applications.
- Practice with Gitflow, CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Use of AI tools for development (Copilot, Cursor, etc.) with an awareness of best practices.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
