Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and operation of high-scale applications, focusing on the backend and microservices architecture.
- Act as a technical mentor, guiding and empowering the team to apply best practices in development, testing, and deployment;
- Define and apply software architecture standards, ensuring the scalability, resilience, and maintainability of systems;
- Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices (serverless computing, microservices architecture, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, etc.);
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technology roadmap and translate business requirements into viable technical solutions;
- Optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement profiling and tuning solutions;
- Perform root cause analysis of complex problems and lead the resolution of critical incidents in production environments;
- Lead technical projects, managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in an agile and globally distributed environment;
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, test automation, and promotion of excellence standards.
Required Qualifications
- Completed higher education in technology-related fields;
- Experience in back end software engineering using .Net;
- Experience with Cloud technologies: GCP, AWS, or Azure;
- Experience in the architecture and development of cloud-native solutions and microservices;
- Ability to lead and technically guide development teams.
- Intermediate/Advanced English (a plus);
- Familiarity with front-end programming languages (a plus);
