What you will do day-to-day
- TECHNICALLY LEAD DEVELOPMENT SQUADS RESPONSIBLE FOR STRATEGIC AND HIGH-CRITICALITY SOLUTIONS FOR THE BUSINESS.
- DEFINE AND EVOLVE MODERN ARCHITECTURES BASED ON MICROSERVICES, EVENTS, AND DISTRIBUTED SYSTEMS.
- SUPPORT TECHNICAL DECISIONS RELATED TO SCALABILITY, AVAILABILITY, RESILIENCE, AND SECURITY OF APPLICATIONS.
- ACT AS A TECHNICAL REFERENCE IN JAVA 21, SPRING BOOT, KAFKA, KUBERNETES AND AZURE.
- PROMOTE GOOD SOFTWARE ENGINEERING PRACTICES, CLEAN ARCHITECTURE, OBSERVABILITY, AND CODE QUALITY.
- CONDUCT ARCHITECTURAL DISCUSSIONS WITH STAKEHOLDERS, BUSINESS TEAMS, AND GLOBAL TEAMS.
- SUPPORT CLIENT'S TECHNOLOGICAL TRANSFORMATION THROUGH PLATFORM MODERNIZATION AND ADOPTION OF CLOUD-NATIVE SOLUTIONS.
What we are looking for in the person who will join the team
- SOLID EXPERIENCE ACTING AS A TECH LEAD OR SOFTWARE ARCHITECT IN COMPLEX CORPORATE ENVIRONMENTS.
- TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP, INFLUENCE, AND MENTORSHIP CAPABILITIES FOR MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAMS.
- CONSULTATIVE PROFILE, WITH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND EASE IN INTERACTING WITH CLIENTS AND LEADERSHIPS.
- STRONG ANALYTICAL THINKING AND ABILITY TO SOLVE COMPLEX PROBLEMS.
- CONTINUOUS INTEREST IN INNOVATION, MODERN ARCHITECTURE, AND TECHNOLOGICAL EVOLUTION.
