POSITION MISSION
Transform the institution's needs into intelligent solutions through the development of software and Artificial Intelligence models, contributing to innovation, operational efficiency, and value generation through the strategic use of technology.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Develop software solutions with Artificial Intelligence components, using programming languages, specialized frameworks, and agile methodologies, to efficiently meet the institution's technological requirements.
- Analyze and translate functional and business requirements into technological solutions, by defining software architectures and integrating AI models, to ensure that the developed tools respond to the real needs of the user areas.
- Design, train, and implement Artificial Intelligence models, using machine learning techniques, data processing, and model validation, to generate predictive, automated, and decision-oriented solutions.
- Maintain and optimize applications and models in operation, through continuous monitoring, error correction, and performance improvements, to ensure the stability, scalability, and operational continuity of the solutions.
- Manage and integrate data sources, ensuring their quality, availability, and adequate structure, to support the correct functioning of the AI models and developed applications.
- Develop and integrate APIs and technological services, facilitating interoperability between systems and platforms, to ensure the correct implementation of solutions within the institution's technological ecosystem.
- Document developments, processes, and implemented models, generating technical and functional manuals, to ensure traceability, maintenance, and knowledge transfer.
- Provide technical support and training to internal users, accompanying the implementation of developed solutions, to ensure their correct adoption and utilization.
- Research and evaluate new technologies in Artificial Intelligence and data analytics, proposing improvements and innovations, to strengthen the technological capabilities and competitiveness of the institution.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, security, and good development practices, through the use of institutional and technological guidelines, to guarantee reliable and sustainable solutions.
MINIMUM LEVEL OF STUDY AND AREA(S) OF STUDY
University degree in Information Technologies, Systems, or Software Development Engineering.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Required - Experience in software development with technologies - 3 to 5 years
- Required - Proficiency with development environment tools - 3 to 5 years
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS
- Required - Mastery of programming languages, databases, and structured query language
- Required - Knowledge of methodologies for agile project analysis and development
- Required - Knowledge of software architecture
- Required - Proficiency with tools for requirements management and development environments

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Mastery of Python and experience in Backend development oriented towards data processing.
- Experience in Fullstack and integration, including Frontend frameworks (React, Vue) and consumption of APIs REST.
- Experience in Generative AI: implementation of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and use of Vector Databases.
- Solid knowledge in Machine Learning using the standard ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Experience in developing chatbots and conversational assistants.
- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Ability to design Data Pipelines (ETL) and process large volumes of data.
- Skill in translating business needs into technical solutions and performing requirements gathering with non-technical profiles.
- Focus on automation, process optimization, and technical documentation.
- Proactive attitude for autonomous learning of new AI technologies and trends.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
