We are looking for a DevOps professional to join the Platform Engineering team, contributing to the evolution of a development platform and practices for automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
This position will have a strategic role in standardizing pipelines, improving the developer experience, and strengthening the security and efficiency of the development cycle.

Responsibilities
- Evolve the development lifecycle, from continuous integration (CI) to continuous delivery (CD).
- Create, maintain, and evolve reusable pipeline templates in GitLab CI, promoting standardization among teams.
- Develop automations using Shell Script, Python, and Docker for tooling, bootstrapping, and pipeline execution.
- Administer, monitor, and optimize GitLab Runners.
- Evolve the GitLab platform, including branch policies, merge strategies, integrations, and versioning.
- Implement Shift Left practices, integrating SAST, container scanning, and guardrails into CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop internal tools using Node.js (NestJS) and React.
- Operate Kubernetes environments and implement infrastructure as code with Terraform and Crossplane.
- Continuously contribute to the evolution of Platform Engineering practices and the developer teams' experience.
Requirements
- Experience of 5 years or more in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related areas, with experience in production environments.
- Solid experience with GitLab CI/CD, including reusable templates, runners, and integrations.
- Advanced knowledge of Shell Script and Python for automation.
- Experience with Docker, including image optimization, multi-stage builds, and security best practices.
- Knowledge of source code management (SCM), including branch policies, Conventional Commits, and Semantic Versioning.
- Proficiency in the complete continuous integration (CI) cycle, including linting, build, automated tests, static code analysis, and artifact publishing.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Crossplane.
- Knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.
- Solid knowledge of Linux.
Differential or Differentiators
- Experience developing internal tools for engineering platforms.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices.
- Knowledge of React.
