Minimum requirements
Technical knowledge we look for in Sensedia Team Leader roles
Note: It is not necessary to have all the knowledge described below; we seek to cover various professionals with different skill sets.
- Previous experience leading people and technology teams;
- Technical background in IT;
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Agilist, or Project Leader;
- Mastery of agile practices and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Experience with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps;
- Be the focal point between the client and the development team;
- Apply agile practices, monitor activities, and collect productivity metrics;
- Act in the technical and behavioral development of the team, with continuous evaluations and feedback;
- Ensure team organization (time tracking, vacations, absences);
- Stimulate engagement through events, internal initiatives, and the Sensedia culture.
