What will you be doing here?
The Tech Lead FullStack person at Natura acts as a hands-on technical reference, leading by example and getting their hands dirty when necessary (but coding won't be the main role), along with the team to build scalable solutions in Node.js (TypeScript), React, and React Native. They are responsible for defining architectures that ensure long-term product sustainability, guiding system modernization to the cloud (AWS Serverless and OCI) and demonstrating versatility to navigate between modern and legacy databases in Java or PHP.
What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Will be the technical reference for a team (5+ people), responsible for guiding the technical backlog, defining the architecture alongside our Architects, and ensuring the team has a clear path to innovate.
- Hands-on Leadership: Guide, mentor, and unblock the technical team in day-to-day activities, coding alongside the team to solve the most complex challenges.
- Architecture and Technical Decision-Making: Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, collaborating directly with architects and other Tech Leads.
- Technical Backlog Management: Own the technical health of the product, balancing the delivery of new features with the payment of technical debt.
- Ecosystem Mastery: Lead the development of robust solutions focused on Node.js, also working in the front/mobile ecosystem with React, React Native, and native apps. Versatility to interact with, modernize, or integrate with legacy systems in languages like Java or PHP is essential.
- Cloud and Scalability: Design and evolve applications in the cloud, using best practices in AWS (strong focus on Serverless/Lambda) and also working with our infrastructure in OCI (Oracle Cloud).
- Agile Culture: Lead and guide multidisciplinary teams in product development, using Jira and Git, ensuring transparency, deadlines, and extremely high delivery quality.
What are the requirements?
- Solid experience in software development and technical leadership.
- Proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript) for back-end structuring.
- Versatility to navigate, maintain, and integrate solutions with legacy and new codebases (like Java and, why not, a PHP one?).
- Deep knowledge of Serverless Architecture and strong experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.). Knowledge of OCI is a big plus.
- Experience in modeling and consuming relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, BitBucket Pipelines, Sonar, or similar) and DevOps culture.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, scalability, and compliance practices.
What are the differentiators?
- Certifications in AWS (Solutions Architect, Developer, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure automation (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Post-graduate degree or specialization in Software Engineering or Systems Architecture.
