The registration area, in the context of onboarding, is responsible for collecting, validating, and recording all necessary information for a client or partner to join the institution. It ensures that data is complete, correct, and compliant with regulatory requirements, enabling secure account creation and access to products and services. Additionally, it standardizes processes and integrates with other areas, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
Your activities as a CSixer
- Lead the complete software development lifecycle from conception to deployment in staging and production environments, focusing on robust, secure, and continuous delivery.
- Act as a technical reference within the squad, ensuring the quality, performance, and resilience of services related to card processing and financial transactions.
- Drive architecture and engineering decisions, deeply understanding technical trade-offs and guiding the team in choosing scalable and secure solutions.
- Promote development excellence with advanced practices such as TDD/BDD, code reviews, clean code, DDD, and high automated test coverage.
- Actively participate in the maintenance of production systems, focusing on observability, monitoring, and rapid response to mission-critical incidents.
- Collaborate with business, product, and technology areas, contributing strategic technical vision for the evolution of card journeys at the bank.
Minimum requirements
Requirements and Experience
- Proficiency in languages like Kotlin or Java with solid experience in frameworks like Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in microservices architecture, including communication patterns, resilience, APIs versioning, and continuous deployment.
- In-depth experience with test automation, including unit, integration, and contract tests, ensuring high coverage and confidence in deliveries.
- Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases, especially PostgreSQL and MongoDB, with a focus on performance and consistency.
- Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, SQS, and SNS, applying asynchronous communication patterns at scale.
- Advanced familiarity with observability patterns, including metrics, structured logs, and distributed tracing.
- Hands-on experience in Cloud environments (preferably AWS) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of security protocols, authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth2), cryptography, and secure development practices.
- Experience in agile environments with a focus on frequent deliveries, metrics, and DevOps culture.
- Previous experience in payment systems, acquiring, cards, or financial solutions with high transaction volumes.
