WHAT IS THE MISSION OF THE ROLE?
Act in the development and evolution of a digital checkout platform, building scalable, performant, and secure full-stack solutions for different payment methods and markets. The professional will be responsible for developing new features in Front-end and Back-end, investigating business rules in documentation, APIs, and existing systems to evolve new application journeys, as well as contributing to continuous improvements in performance, user experience, and product quality.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES?
- Develop and evolve Fullstack features using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
- Build and evolve interfaces using React, Tailwind CSS, and Design System.
- Develop and maintain APIs using NestJS, Express, GraphQL, and REST.
- Act in the architecture and evolution of Micro Front-ends with Webpack Module Federation.
- Develop journeys related to different payment methods, ensuring scalability, security, and a good user experience.
- Investigate business rules through documentation, APIs, repositories, and existing systems to support new implementations.
- Develop applications considering internationalization (i18n) and different rules per market.
- Implement automated tests and act in identifying and correcting the root cause of problems.
- Optimize application performance using good Front-end and Back-end practices.
- Participate in refinements, code reviews, technical definitions, and agile ceremonies.
- Work together with Back-end, Front-end, QA, UX, and Product teams in the evolution of solutions.
- Use Azure DevOps for managing demands, code versioning, and pipelines.
- Use AI tools, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and development agents, to support investigation, implementation, and testing.
WHAT ARE THE MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE?
- Experience with React and TypeScript.
- Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Node.js, NestJS, and Express.
- Development and consumption of REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with Micro Front-ends and Webpack Module Federation.
- Development of interfaces using Tailwind CSS and Design Systems.
- Knowledge of internationalization (i18n).
- Experience with Git and code versioning.
- Development of automated tests (Vitest, Jest, or similar).
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, and Pipelines).
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
- Knowledge of good development practices, componentization, web performance (Lazy Loading, Code Splitting), and application architecture.
- Ability to investigate business rules in documentation, APIs, and existing systems, acting autonomously in problem-solving.
WHAT WILL BE THE DIFFERENTIATING REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE?
- Experience with payment methods, acquiring, or the financial market.
- Knowledge of checkout platforms, payment gateways, and anti-fraud systems.
- Experience with Pix, cards, bank slips, and digital wallets.
- Experience in global, multi-country, or multi-language projects.
- Knowledge of Storybook.
- Experience with Docker, Nginx, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of application observability and monitoring.
- Experience with React Native or Flutter.
- Experience using AI tools applied to development, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Devin, or similar.
- Experience with Micro Front-ends architecture in large-scale environments.
- Good investigation skills, autonomy, and organization to work in environments with little supervision.
