Capmo
GTM Engineer (Revenue Operations)
About the opportunity
Your Role
As a GTM Engineer, you are the owner of our revenue platform: data models, systems, automations, and AI workflows for the entire go-to-market. You build the foundation upon which our teams can confidently work and automate tasks themselves.
You will work closely with our two RevOps Business Partners, who support Marketing & BDR and Sales & CS. They know their teams' requirements and build reports, analyses, and prototypes themselves. You are responsible for everything that changes the data model, writes automated data into the CRM, is used by multiple teams, or must run reliably in the long term.
In short: You ensure that we stop applying quick fixes and start building for scalability.
Your Responsibilities
- Data model and CRM architecture: You are responsible for the structure, objects, properties, and pipelines in HubSpot, ensuring our data is consistent and reliable.
- Integrations: You build and maintain data flows between HubSpot, Chargebee, and other systems.
- Automations and AI workflows: You develop workflows with n8n, Make, and LLMs, for example, for automated account summaries or to reduce manual CRM maintenance.
- Scaling prototypes: You translate proven prototypes from our business partners into robust, maintainable solutions.
- Governance: You define guardrails for permissions, data usage in AI tools, and changes to definitions, and document them in Notion.
- Manage our entire GTM tool stack. You are the owner and admin of all GTM tools, from HubSpot to Chargebee to n8n and Make: setup and configuration, users and permissions, licenses, updates, as well as the evaluation and introduction of new tools.
- Data foundation for reporting: You ensure that forecasts, pipeline coverage, and KPI reporting are based on clean, automatically available data.
