Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- You will work on SAP level 2 and 3 support for Latin America RBLA users in collaboration with the teams for each module to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Management of problems, incidents, capacity, availability, service levels, and monitoring of performance and failures.
- Create and maintain documentation for support requests and operation manuals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed degree in Technology fields
- Experience in SAP R/3 - HR modules.
- Solid knowledge in Payroll (PY), Time (PT), PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), Benefits, EH&S, Fiori/ESS/MSS.
- Experience in ABAP programming language for code reading and error analysis.
- Technical knowledge regarding Information Technology subjects, SAP area, with knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
- Advanced English
