Responsibilities
- Implement and evolve ITOM modules in ServiceNow (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping).
- Structure and maintain the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) with high data quality.
- Configure monitoring, event correlation, and alerting processes.
- Map business services and their dependencies (Service Mapping).
- Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Zabbix, SolarWinds).
- Automate operational processes and incident responses.
- Ensure governance and adherence to best practices (ITIL).
- Act in the analysis and resolution of critical incidents related to infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Solid experience with ServiceNow ITOM, working with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Experience in CMDB modeling, governance, and administration, ensuring quality, integrity, and relationships between CIs.
- Knowledge of data identification and reconciliation processes, CMDB Health, and CSDM best practices.
- Experience with integrations via APIs REST and SOAP, MID Server, and connection with monitoring and observability tools.
- Infrastructure knowledge (servers, networks, storage, operating systems, and virtualization).
- Experience in hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
- Experience with automations using JavaScript in ServiceNow, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Experience in root cause analysis (RCA) and handling critical events.
- Ability to work with infrastructure, operations, and business teams.
- Experience in mission-critical and high-availability environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure, as well as AWS or GCP.
