About the role and mission
You will be part of the Innovation Office LCO, Inter's innovation cell for Legal, Compliance & Ombudsman. You will transform real pain points from LCO areas into internal automation and AI solutions. You will participate in discovery from the beginning, assess technical feasibility, estimate effort, and build the solution with security and governance.
In your day-to-day, you will
- Participate in discovery with the PO and assess feasibility, access, and risks.
- Estimate effort, deadline, and cost for each project.
- Build integrations, agents, RPAs, and scripts with Python.
- Document solutions for team maintenance.
- Work with Data Jr on pipelines and identify what needs to go to IT.
What we are looking for
Must-haves
- Completed degree in a technology or systems field.
- Hands-on experience with development, preferably in Python, and with version control (Git).
- Interest in automation, APIs, and AI applied to processes.
- Ability to estimate effort with incomplete requirements.
- Clear communication with business areas.
Nice-to-haves
- Intermediate English.
- SQL and knowledge of modeling and ETL.
- Power Automate, RPA, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Jira and agile environments.
- Experience with GenAI (prompting, agents, and risk assessment).
