Job Description
We are looking for an IT Coordinator to lead technology teams and initiatives, ensuring the availability, security, and evolution of corporate systems. The professional will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing vendors, supporting the company's technological strategy, and ensuring the operational excellence of IT services.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate infrastructure, systems, support, and IT services teams.
- Plan, monitor, and ensure the execution of technological projects.
- Manage contracts and relationships with technology vendors.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT environments.
- Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for the area.
- Support the implementation of solutions aligned with business needs.
- Prepare and control the IT area budget.
- Ensure compliance with information security and governance policies.
- Act in incident, problem, and change management.
- Develop and train the team, promoting a high-performance environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in leading technology teams;
- Experience with people management and development;
- Experience with software development teams;
- Analytical skills and experience using indicators for decision-making;
- Autonomy for problem-solving and driving actions within the team's scope;
- Good communication, influence, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to build relationships with different areas and levels of the organization;
- Sufficient technical knowledge to understand scenarios, risks, and engineering decisions;
- Systemic vision and results orientation.
