What will be your role in this purpose?
As a Technical Project Manager – Migration Factory,
you will lead strategic technology migration initiatives and corporate environment modernization. Your mission will be to drive complex transformation projects, supporting clients' technological evolution through cloud migration programs, application modernization, infrastructure upgrades, and other large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with global teams, executive leadership, and technical specialists in highly regulated environments, directly contributing to the delivery of high-impact solutions for the financial sector.

Main responsibilities
As a Technical Project Manager – Migration Factory, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating technology migration initiatives that support clients' modernization and transformation objectives.
- Lead all phases of migration projects, from planning and strategy definition to final delivery and stabilization.
- Manage scope, schedules, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies of the programs under your responsibility.
- Coordinate architecture, infrastructure, cloud, security, development, operations, and business area teams.
- Plan and monitor migration waves, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Conduct testing, deployment, cutover, and post-migration stabilization activities.
