We are looking for an *AI Engineer* passionate about cutting-edge software engineering, complex problem-solving, and empowering high-performance teams.
In this position, you will be part of the *Enabling Squad*, acting as a catalyst for the *Agentic SDLC* transformation in one of Latin America's largest mobility companies. Your main mission will be to enable processes, install technical capabilities in engineering and artificial intelligence in the pilot squads, and ensure the continuous evolution of the client's agentic development platform, preparing the teams to operate with autonomy and a high standard of quality.

*Main Responsibilities and Duties*
- *Adoption and Enabling of the Agentic Framework:* Ensure the adoption of the AI ecosystem and tools in the pilot squads, acting as an Advisor and technical partner in the teams' daily work.
- *Workflow and Platform Evolution:* Work alongside client engineers to identify friction points, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in the agentic solution, proposing and prioritizing the framework's evolutionary backlog.
- *Co-creation of Agentic Solutions:* Develop and refactor agentic flows, agent bundles, and automated instantiation of skills and repositories in partnership with the local team.
- *Training in Harness Engineering and Evals:* Train and mentor developers on best practices for AI usage, Harness Engineering parameterization, writing executable acceptance criteria (Gherkin/DoR), and creating Evals (automated evaluations).
- *Installation of Capabilities and Shift-Left Quality:* Install and mature software engineering technical capabilities in the squads — with a special focus on isolated component tests (WireMock and in-memory databases), integrated suites, and blocking validations in CI/CD.
- *Support for Agentic Move to Production (MTP):* Assist in structuring and validating automated deployment pipelines based on automated risk assessment scoring.
*Technical Requirements and Qualifications*
*Software Engineering Fundamentals*
- Solid foundation in *Software Engineering*
- Deep knowledge of software design principles: modularity, separation of concerns, testability, maintainability, resilience, and clean interfaces.
- Practical experience with Docker, CI/CD, test automation (unit, component, and 2e), and version control (Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps).
*AI Engineering and Agentic Architectures*
- Proven ability to design and deliver production-grade Generative AI and LLMs solutions.
- Practical mastery of Agentic AI and RAG patterns: tool use, function calling, orchestration, Human-in-the-Loop flows, and guardrails.
- Knowledge of Agentic SDLC, coding agents, refactoring/review agents, and integration with developer tools.
- Knowledge of multi-agent systems and long-running execution workflows.
- Mastery of retrieval strategies (embeddings, vector search, chunking, reranking) and corporate knowledge retrieval architectures (including familiarity with Knowledge Graphs or GraphRAG).
*Frameworks, SDKs, and Providers*
- Proficiency in AI frameworks or SDKs, such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents SDK, Strands, or similar.
- Practical experience with multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, etc.).
*Evaluation, Observability, and Quality (Evals & Ops)*
- Mastery of Evals and Observability in AI: quality metrics, tracing, latency, token consumption, failure analysis, and cost management.
- Practical experience with observability and metrics platforms like Datadog LLM Observability, LangSmith, OpenTelemetry, or related solutions.
*Differentiators*
- Previous experience acting as an Enabler or technical mentor in digital transformation processes and AI adoption at scale.
- Experience in implementing Shift-Left Quality and Quality Built-In practices in CI/CD pipelines.
