You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative global HR IT team, responsible for supporting and enhancing HR systems across multiple business units. The team works closely with HR process owners and project stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and efficient operations. What to expect as an SAP HCM Analyst (m/f/d)
- Implement and configure SAP HCM modules, especially Payroll and Time Management, aligned with global HR processes;
- Ensure the stable and efficient operation of HR systems and interfaces between business units;
- Lead IT-related activities during HR system implementation and improvement projects;
- Provide expert support to key users during testing, training, and post-Go-Live phases;
- Collaborate with project teams and process owners to manage dependencies and ensure on-time delivery;
- Analyze and support the integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, ensuring data consistency and process alignment across platforms;
- Handle and analyze support tickets from the HR team, identifying root causes and offering effective solutions to ensure system functionality;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days in office, 3 days remote).
Minimum requirements
Your Profile as an SAP HCM Analyst (m/f/d)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Experience in implementing and supporting HR systems, with solid knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management;
- Strong understanding of HR processes and their integration with corporate systems;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written) to effectively engage in a global team;
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred: knowledge of ABAP programming and SuccessFactors configuration/customization;
