About the Team
The Software Quality Assurance Analyst joins the Professional Services team, working directly on quality assurance and validation of conversational flows powered by LLMs for our enterprise clients. The team collaborates with engineers and designers to orchestrate complex test scenarios, validating the accuracy of AI-generated responses and integration stability, with the goal of ensuring every intelligent contact operates with technical excellence and delivers concrete results for partner companies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze LLMs behaviors to design test scenarios that ensure the accuracy, coherence, and safety of AI responses.
- Execute functional and automated tests on conversational flows and APIs, ensuring the stability of deliveries to clients.
- Structure validation routines for generative models, mitigating hallucinations and ensuring adherence to business contexts.
- Map integration anomalies and report detailed issues, collaborating with engineers to expedite fixes and improvements.
- Evaluate the usability and response time of AI-driven journeys to support a continuous and frictionless user experience.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience operating in the creation and execution of functional, exploratory, and regression tests in complex software flows.
- Practical experience with test automation using market frameworks like Cypress or Robot Framework for continuous pipelines.
- Ability to translate the expected behavior of AI and LLMs into rigorous test scripts to ensure secure and accurate interactions.
- Experience operating tests on RESTful APIs with tools like Postman, validating integrations and data traffic.
- Fluency in using generative AI and modern tools, such as GitHub Copilot, to optimize script creation and accelerate diagnostics.
- Practical ability to interact with cloud environments and query data in relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience operating in agile scenarios, maintaining strategic communication and technical alignment with multiple stakeholders.
