Analyst Role Activities
- Will work on ServiceNow platform implementation, configuration, and support projects across its various modules: (ITSM, CSM, ITOM [CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping], SPM, App Engine, and Integration Hub / APIs REST), developing and customizing applications according to user needs, aiming to optimize operational efficiency, engaging in recurring discussions with the client for requirements gathering;
- Responsible for the project development process, business environment configuration, and production environment deployment management based on business requirements and processes.
- Will perform data imports and integrations;
- Writing stories, creating rules and workflows;
- Document and assist in the technical training of junior developer teams.
Consultant Role Activities
- Will work on ServiceNow platform implementation, configuration, and support projects across its various modules: ITSM, CSM, ITOM [CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping], SPM, App Engine, and Integration Hub / APIs REST, developing and customizing applications according to user needs, aiming to optimize operational efficiency, engaging in recurring discussions with the client for requirements gathering;
- Responsible for the project development process, business environment configuration, and constant interface with the client for requirements gathering,
- translating tasks for the Dev team;
- Understand business needs and design architectures;
- Will perform integration processes;
- Document and assist in the technical training of developers, monitoring deliverables and ensuring SLA compliance.

Minimum requirements
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in Development with programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular JS;
- Advanced English (speaking/writing/reading);
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform - platform configurations;
- Business rules, UI action, client script, schedule job;
- Good understanding of databases;
- Technology-related courses
Desirable/ Differentiators
- CSA and/or CIS ITSM certifications
