About the role
We are looking for a professional to work on the evolution of agile maturity, promoting best practices, continuous improvement, and efficiency in value delivery. The role involves supporting teams, leaders, and stakeholders in adopting agile methodologies, monitoring metrics, and evolving processes, contributing to development and collaboration.
Hybrid model: in-office presence 3x per week in the regions of Avenida Paulista (São Paulo/SP) / Cidade de Deus (Osasco/SP) / Alphaville (Barueri/SP) or Rio de Janeiro/RJ.
Responsibilities
- Organize, facilitate, and conduct agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective, and Refinement);
- Monitor team performance indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement;
- Support Product Owners, leaders, and teams in applying agile practices;
- Prepare and present reports and indicators to Client management and GFT management;
- Identify impediments, risks, and bottlenecks, supporting the definition of corrective actions;
- Promote collaboration between teams and stakeholders;
- Monitor the evolution of team agile maturity;
- Track and manage the function point count of developed activities;
- Support planning, estimation, and delivery tracking processes;
- Ensure the correct use of agile management tools and practices;
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Agile Master, or Scrum Master;
- Mastery of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methods;
- Experience in managing and monitoring agile teams;
- Experience in conducting agile ceremonies and rituals;
- Knowledge and use of Jira for backlog management, metrics, and demand tracking;
- Experience with function point counting and management;
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Analytical, organized, and continuous improvement-oriented profile
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or SAFe certifications;
- Experience in organizational agile transformation;
- Experience with agile metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Velocity, Burndown, and Throughput);
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools;
- Experience in medium and large corporate environments.
