Our Product Team
Responsible for designing and evolving solutions that connect customer needs with the bank's strategy. It operates across the entire product lifecycle, including credit, current accounts, investments, payment methods, and channels. By combining technology, data, and business vision, it delivers complete, simple, and secure journeys. It is in this directorate that the present is consolidated and customers' financial future takes shape.
We are looking for a Product Owner to lead our Automation Squad. Your main challenge will be to translate operational problems into technological solutions. You will be the guardian of data consistency, transforming business rules into technological solutions that automate, reduce rework for teams, and ensure our bookkeeping is ready for any audit or regulatory obligation.

Your Challenges to Grow on the Journey
- Discover Opportunities: Talk to business areas to understand operational pain points and assess the feasibility of automating them (using RPA, AI, or Python). Analytical vision to calculate the return on investment (ROI or hours saved) of an automation.
- Design the Solution: Translate user needs into clear requirements (user stories/process flows) for the development team.
- Prioritize the Backlog: Ensure the engineering team is always working on automations that generate the greatest financial or operational impact for the company.
- Measure Results: Monitor post-implementation metrics (e.g., automation error rate, reduced execution time, efficiency gained). Analytical vision to calculate the return on investment (ROI or hours saved) of an automation.
- Technical Interface: Act as the liaison between general areas and the Data Engineering/Backend team, ensuring the technical solution meets business needs.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Ability to document complex business rules with a focus on clear acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Fluid communication to transition between the directorate (business) and developers (technical).
- Ability to prioritize based on business value.
- Skills for complex problem-solving.
- Experience with generative AI tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management (Jira/Azure DevOps).
- Experience with large data volumes (large-scale financial transactions).
- Experience in implementing or migrating accounting ERPs or Core Banking systems (e.g., AX/365, Topaz, SAP, etc.).
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and consistency analysis (ability to "look at the data" to validate reconciliation).
- Experience with internal or external audits (knowledge of controls and evidence).
- Familiarity with the financial or operational ecosystem.
