About the Team
The Business Analyst integrates the Solutions team, acting as the strategic link between our clients' business needs and the delivery of high-impact conversational solutions. The area's mission is to map complex scenarios and design value architectures, ensuring that the applied technology solves real pain points and drives business results, operating with an analytical vision to transform operational requirements into efficient and scalable products.
Responsibilities
- Map technical and business requirements with clients, translating operational pain points into scalable conversational solutions.
- Analyze processes and user journeys to identify opportunities for automation and continuous performance improvement.
- Structure accurate functional documentation, ensuring continuous alignment between stakeholders and development teams.
- Define and monitor KPIs for the success of delivered solutions, connecting adoption metrics to business objectives.
- Articulate communication between technology and business areas, enabling the delivery of complex projects with quality.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in business analysis and requirements gathering for technology or software projects.
- Ability to translate complex business flows into functional specifications using diagrams and process modeling.
- Experience operating with data analysis and structuring success metrics using BI tools and databases.
- Strategic facilitation with stakeholders, ensuring alignment of expectations and clarity in proposed deliverables.
- Practical experience in agile environments, directly involved in detailing and refining backlogs for technical teams.
- Understanding of system integration dynamics and consumption of APIs to propose viable and scalable solutions.
- Fluency in using generative artificial intelligence applied to productivity, data analysis, and daily problem-solving.
